I love getting to work with and support my mommies and their kiddos. Whether you are prenatal with your 1st baby, 5th baby, multiples or postpartum. Experienced a C-section, have lactation needs, unable to sleep, in discomfort and having prenatal/postpartum depression/anxiety…. momma I am here for you! I give you my 100 % promise to be there however I possibly can. I will listen when your hormones begin to shift, remind you to hydrate, eat, sleep and to keep taking care of you.

We will go at the pace you and your body needs to heal or grow, I will refer you to all of the other amazing birth workers so we can collectively help you. Yes, we need to listen to your body as it is working a lot harder than it was before you were pregnant, but this does not mean you can’t get a great workout. We will always follow the advice of your physician or midwife 1st. Safety 1st always! We will work on pelvic floor stretches and strengthening, diastasis recti exercises, stretches to help with round ligament discomfort, strengthening your whole body to prepare for carrying that new sweet baby, as well as mobility and postural changes while pregnant.
