PRE & POST NATAL PERSONAL TRAINING
When I work with pre and post natal women, I take this even more personal and serious as a women. I feel it's important to design a workout to fit where you are now, keep it at your comfort level, but remind you that you are strong and able. I've been known to help "entertain" my clients children so mommy can "work it out"! Again, this is about "your" comfort and getting you feeling your best.
• Working out will help you through your pregnancy, birthing and labor process, to get that post baby body back and feeling amazing!
• I want to help you find that little bit of "me time" to help you feel great and be the best mom you can
• Baby is welcome at our appointments!
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Small Group Training is a great fun and an even more motivating way to workout! So grab your besties, or your co-workers, and let's get to working out!
• Small Group Training makes lower rates for everyone
• Can be provided in a corporate, in-home or an outdoor environment
Nutrition is a key element to our success of health, the way we feel, look, perform and our overall ability to have a healthful lifestyle. I will gladly assist my clients through nutrition by advising them in the following areas:
• Nutrition diary review
• Nutritional counseling
• Pantry/refrigerator clean out
• Grocery store tour
• All or any combination of the above
Corporate Wellness can include monthly, weekly or biweekly lunch and learns covering topics like nutrition, hydration, exercise, office ergonomics, the importance of office corporate health environments and more.
• Organization and implementation of companywide wellness events, such as: fun-runs, hikes, bike
rides, walks, 5K's and even fundraising
• Organization of structured competitions like weight loss challenges, decreasing cholesterol
challenges, increasing strength, etc
• Scheduled classes (i.e., yoga and workout classes) on- or off-site
