PRE & POST NATAL PERSONAL TRAINING
When I work with pre and post natal women, I take this even more personal and serious as a women. I feel it's important to design a workout to fit where you are now, keep it at your comfort level, but remind you that you are strong and able. I've been known to help "entertain" my clients children so mommy can "work it out"! Again, this is about "your" comfort and getting you feeling your best.
• Working out will help you through your pregnancy, birthing and labor process, to get that post baby body back and feeling amazing!
• I want to help you find that little bit of "me time" to help you feel great and be the best mom you can
