Corporate Wellness can include monthly, weekly or biweekly lunch and learns covering topics like nutrition, hydration, exercise, office ergonomics, the importance of office corporate health environments and more.
• Organization and implementation of companywide wellness events, such as: fun-runs, hikes, bike
rides, walks, 5K's and even fundraising
• Organization of structured competitions like weight loss challenges, decreasing cholesterol
challenges, increasing strength, etc
• Scheduled classes (i.e., yoga and workout classes) on- or off-site
